Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan is free forever, no card required. Paid plan trials also start without a card — you're charged only if you choose to continue.

What happens when I exceed my job limit?

You won't lose monitoring on existing jobs. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or remove an existing job.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What is the check interval?

CronEcho checks whether a job has pinged in on the configured interval. A 1-minute check interval means we notice a missed ping within 1 minute.

What counts as an alert channel?

Each configured destination counts as one channel — e.g. one Slack webhook, one email address, one Telegram bot, or one custom webhook URL.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
