Terms of Service

You may use CronEcho to monitor scheduled jobs, AI agents, and automated workflows. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Service to send excessive or abusive ping volumes intended to degrade performance
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

CronEcho offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We process ping data, agent telemetry, and job metadata on your behalf. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Monitoring alerts depend on the Service being operational; we are not liable for missed alerts caused by Service outages.

We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CronEcho and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You grant CronEcho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronEcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CronEcho operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
